Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Couple Alarm account from the app or submit a request here. This page applies to both Android and iOS accounts.

Delete directly in the app

Open Couple Alarm and sign in.
Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
Confirm and sign in again. Deletion begins immediately.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account, profile, avatar, device tokens, pending invitations, and access to couple data.
Local alarm, voice, photo, theme, and transcript-preference data stored by the app on your device.
Voice and photo files are removed when neither member retains legitimate access to the shared couple archive.

Content you sent to your partner may remain in their private couple archive while they retain access, because it forms part of their received history. Limited records may also be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or law, then deleted when that need ends.

Request deletion without the app

Submit the form using the email address on your Couple Alarm account. We will email you to verify account ownership before deletion and normally complete verified requests within 30 days.

If the form does not work, email contact@nativeuno.com from your account email.

계정 삭제 안내

앱에서 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제를 선택하고 다시 로그인하면 계정 삭제가 즉시 시작됩니다. 앱에 접근할 수 없다면 위 양식에 Couple Alarm 가입 이메일을 입력해 요청해 주세요. 계정 소유 확인 후 통상 30일 이내에 처리합니다.

로그인 계정, 프로필, 아바타, 기기 토큰, 대기 중인 초대와 커플 데이터 접근 권한이 삭제됩니다. 파트너에게 전송한 음성·사진은 파트너가 비공개 커플 보관함에 대한 정당한 접근 권한을 유지하는 동안 수신 기록으로 남을 수 있습니다.
